Effervescent, charming and harmonious, the paintings of the world class artist, Mihai Teodor Olteanu, are an odyssey in search of himself and of the true faith in a universe that is beyond our world. Each work is the expression of a perfect interweave of an inner silence and a storm of feelings, which complement each other to triumph in the explosion of the divine message.
The writer Doina Uricariu asserts full of admiration for the artist's works: "Illuminated, vital paintings, with a cascade of brush strokes, whirlpools and echoes, like Van Gogh," ... "the artist's paintings are notable for the mixture of colours trumpeting the spiritual ascent and the paradise."
Each flower arrangement is a celebration of nature, every landscape is the transfiguration of art through which the author creates an opening to a new reality, and every religious face transcends traditional rules to bring a spiritual message to the viewer.
The colour dialog creates an expressive language which outlines the uniqueness of the author's paintings, bringing him laurel wreath among the international artists’ elite. The tension of the painted canvas, the vibrations of the elements that animate the paintings, the symphony of the colours, reflect only a small part of the soul of the artist.
Mihai Teodor Olteanu paints such as breathing, as if time would not be enough to paint the entire avalanche of feelings and emotions, and this is reflected in the alert succession of exhibitions organized worldwide. Exhibitions like those of Amsterdam, the Notre Dame Basilica in Lyon, in Bari, in Toronto and in many other parts of the world testify to the intense activity of the artist.
The artistic vision of simple things, the freedom of style, the noble message transmitted, the belief in an ideal world, have been appreciated by international personalities with great admiration for the artist's art.

The exhibition of Mihai Teodor Olteanu is organized by the Union of Artists of Romania, the branch of Timisoara, at the Gallery "Helios" of Timisoara in the period August 6 to 20. An original exhibition that interweaves harmoniously paintings and sculptures of two renowned artists. On the one hand the paintings of the famous painter Mihai Teodor Olteanu on the other hand the sculpture of Marius Bacriu, two expressions of art that have always coexisted in competition or as an eternal complement.
