The Vega Hotel in Mamaia is one of the most impressive hotels at the seaside. It is a five star hotel situated on the seafront in the north of the resort. It was built in 2008, it has 8 floors and 125 rooms. It also has a terrace on the last floor of the building, from where you can admire the sea.
The Vega hotel has 36 matrimonial rooms, 27 double rooms, 7 double superior rooms, 17 family rooms, 6 junior apartments and 15 senior apartments. They all have air conditioning, internet, a minibar, a safe, an LCD and a bathroom with a shower and a blow drier.
The hotel has a private beach with three bars, a pool with heated water and a SPA. There is also a playground for children. There are two restaurants at the hotel, one called Akolade, the other, Shanti and a gelateria called Delice.
To get a drink and a beautiful view, you can opt for the Violet Lounge Bar located on the 8th floor of the building.
If you need to go shopping or to get a makeover, the hotel has places where you can do that too. It has a store called Vega Fashion Boutique and a spa called the Tulip Beauty & SPA Rituals Center.
The hotel has many other facilities, like a conference room, a heated pool for adults and children, a supervised parking lot, a gym and a jacuzzi. In addition to this, the management offers many other services that will make your stay very comfortable. For instance, you can have your clothes washed and ironed, you can take rides in the hotel cars, you can even hire a babysitter.
If you need to exchange money, you can also do that at the hotel, as there is an ATM on the premises. You can also enjoy room service and short cruises on the sea. For the little ones, there are parties organized every week with entertainers in costume and they can also take free swimming lessons at the hotel pool.
