Mamaia, the capital of fun
Mamaia beach has a length of eight kilometers and a width between 100 and 250 meters. The village is ideal for families with children who are on vacation, that's because they were created a lot of places for children, but is also the ideal destination for fun lovers. In 2012, Mamaia was declared the capital of fun, after being awarded at the International Festival of Club of Monte Carlo.
The village is located in the northern part of Constanta and is located between a beautiful beach and Lake Siutghiol. Mamaia is the biggest attraction of the coast of Romania not only because the village is bathed by the rays of the sun even 12 hours a day, and tourists escape the summer heat thanks to the breeze blowing from the Black Sea.
The main attractions of Mamaia are "Satul de vacanta" (the holiday resort), a picturesque place, where there are dozens of restaurants and traditional Romanian and tourists can buy different souvenirs, there's the Aqua Magic, the most modern water park on the Romanian Black Sea coast, as well as the Gondola.
