Dan Bălan is preparing to return in force!

Singer, songwriter and producer, Dan Bălan, was born on February 6th 1979 in Chisinau who became famous after being part of the band O-Zone. In 1999, the band became internationally known with the song "Dragostea din Tei", which caused a sensation around the world, occupying first place in the charts in several countries.

The hit was played by over 200 artists in 14 different languages, achieving the Platinum Disk in 2004. After the success experienced with the band O-Zone, Dan Balan moved to Los Angeles, where - in 2006- he released the song "Mm-ma- ma", using the stage name Crazy Loop.

In 2010 he returned to the name of Dan Bălan and released the hit "Chica Bomb", which shortly after became one of the most played songs by radios and clubs in Romania and Europe. The video was filmed in the US, in collaboration with Missy Elliot, Kelis, LL Cool J and Jay Z. In the present he lives in New York, where he has his own studio where he writes, composes and produces music.

On October 14 will take place of the long-awaited premiere of his new achievement, video of the new single "Funny Love". The artist spent almost two years in the studio to work on his new album, and his sensational return is discussed by music critics and fans that follow him closely. The director of this new clip is Alan Badoev.  

"I never worked so long to make one piece. After" Lendo Calendo "I wanted to reach a new level. And I started looking: a new style, a new sound, a new presentation of the musical material," said Dan Bălan.  

As the interpreter recognizes, virtually every part of the video is something special. The video is a mix of fashion, which brings together about 20 scenes alternating unique construction (including a pool built for this clip, a football field), 300 kg of luggage (made by stylist James Knox from New York) 13 models and 16 dancers, 120 costumes, interesting graphics solution and a new type of editing. All this where created within 4 months.

An intriguing video and with allot of style - this is what awaits us in the near future …"We wanted to film something special and we succeeded. Before I tried the masks of different heroes, but in this video I do not play a role. I feel like it's mine, it's me", said Dan Bălan.
